So maintaining a good oral hygiene is a habit which will give you a confident smile.
Here are some essential tips for daily oral hygiene.
* Proper brushing
Brushing twice a day is advised for better oral health. You must brush for atleast 3 minutes. You should use a soft bristles brush, fluoride toothpaste. Brush it in round manner & revolve your brush from front side, then left right then back side. Make sure your brush has rubbed all the teeths from all the sides. This is right technique to brush teeths.
* Dental check up
A regular dental check up can be much beneficial for you if you are concerned about your oral health.
* Tongues health
Tongue cleaning plays vital role in oral health. Clean your tongue with brush or tongue cleaner.
* Acidity
If you are having acidity issues regularly. Then you will face bad breath issue. Control your acidity first. Drink plenty of fresh water. Avoid empty stomach schedule. Empty stomach produces more acidity.
