* Proper diet

Food is only for nutrition to body. So eat only nutritious foods. Spicy tasty junk food will satisfy your tongue, not stomach. Junk food will make you obese.

* Avoid seating work

Don't get seated all the day in working hours, try to walk in between or move body parts. Body movement is helpful to keep weight in control.

* Leg movement

Try to walk besides using bicycles or car if it's possible. Use stairs than using lifts. Stop calling others for doing work. Stand up walk and do it.
