Sleep is most important for everyone than food. It's an essential part of routine, but nowadays its been an art.
A good sleep helps you remain active and fresh all day.
For many peoples it's been difficult to sleep faster at night. Here are some proven ways which can help you to have a sound sleep.
# Sleep Routine
If you are suffering from insomnia, then you must follow a strict sleep routine. You must schedule your sleep to get rid of insomnia. Try your sleep schedule atleast for 21 consecutive days. So that this will be your habit.
# Waking up early
You have to fix a time to wake in morning. Suppose you fix time of 6am then any how you must wake up at 6am only. Don't think that you slept at 3 or 5 am. That doesn't matter. Following a wake up time is important. If you wake up early then you will get some more hours to do works. & Till night you will be tired so that you will feel sleepy early in night. & Early you sleep early you wake up.
# Meditation
It is advised to do more meditation to get rid of insomnia. Meditation gives you mental strengths to fight insomnia. Meditation helps you to boost your good mood. Peacefulness and calm mind you will get from meditation. It takes some time but it works.
# Exercises
Exercises helps body to get tired, which later goes in demand of rest by body. And if body demands rest then you will get sleep faster. Getting tired is also a good technique to get sleep faster.
# Avoid Thinking
You please avoid thinking about anything, let it be sad or happy one. Any type of thinking in night before sleep will make you more impatient and tensed. Hence avoid any types of thoughts which ruines your sleep.
# Proper diet
Though it's proven that fasting sometimes helps to increase some harmones which makes you feel sleepy. But having a proper diet is also good for good sleep. Maintain a good diet for atleast 21 days. Then this will be your habit.
