Habits are good if you are improving yourself from it. But bad habits are destroying your everything. Everyone borns clean by behaviour in this world. The environment you gets makes your behaviour change. Good environment will give you gift of good habits while bad environment will destroy everything in you. Your health, your social identities your work abilities are brutally suffered from bad habits.
So if you think that if you some bad habits & you wish to overcome it. Then please understand below listed proven techniques.
* What makes you bad
First find out your bad habits, then find out trigger for it. Let it be any type of bad habit like anger, alcoholism etc. Identify the triggers of bad habits of you. For this you can note down your triggered timings of bad habits. Notify & record your bad behavior. Maintain records when you became angry, over happy, Over sad, when you pushed up yourself for drinks etc etc.
* Behavior Analysis
Analyze all your written records. Check what triggered you for bad habits. Think over it. Think about avoiding it. Think about how to overcome it.
* Action Time
After a firm analysis. Just make sure that you will now on will move your attention towards another things when you get triggers of bad habits. You will divert yourself from bad habits completely. You will never do this again. If you feeling angry for something you just leave the place/discussion/people. Don't get engaged or involved in anything which triggers your habits.
* Motivation Time
After fulfilling above listed 3 actions. Now it's time to motivate yourself. Don't think that a bad habit can never be left or can be get rid of. Stay positive in attitude, remain calm. Keep motivated yourself.
* Being Busy
Try to keep busy yourself always. Or whenever you are free , read books. Lots of small size or pocket books are available. You can keep it with yourself. Read it in your free time so that you will not get triggered to bad habits.
* Avoiding Negativities
Whatever makes you feel negative, now on start avoiding it. Let's now get rid of or stay away from persons, things, etc etc whichever makes you negative. Totally avoiding negativity will make you free from thoughts which triggers bad habits.
* Being Yourself
Being yourself means now on you will think only & only good for you. Now on you will not compare yourself with anyone. You will not get jealous for others. You will nourish yourself. You will love yourself. You will make yourself look good. You will work on you.
* Stop Giving It Free
Now on you will stop giving free advices to anyone. You will speak less or limited. You will not interfere in other's matters until unless you are asked. You will never hesitate to say No.
