Depression is the stage where a normal human being becomes abnormal. Person suffering from depression is under stress and can not make proper decisions in life. And this leads to overall loss of happy life.

So question is, how to overcome depression?

Here are some ways which help you to overcome depression.

1) Forget the past anyhow.

Let's make it simple for you, please answer me in comments that can you change your past??? 

Now remember this , the things you can not change ever, then don't think about it. Regretting is good if you are getting any lessons from it. But it's bad if you are sad in regret. So nowon stop thinking about past. 

Everything happens for a reason.

2) Stop blaming 

From today you will not blame anything, any person. You will change yourself. Blaming leads to depression.

3) Be private

Start living a secret life. Never share your dreams, your achievements. Peoples can't see good of someone. Other's jealousy will spoil your happiness. So stop sharing your happiness.

4) Be busy

Keep yourself this much busy that you shouldn't get time to have food even. Anyhow make yourself busy. 

5) Make goals

Give yourself targets. Talk to yourself about how you are going to achieve it. Think on it. Work on it only.

6) Make happy contacts

Your contacts should be with positive peoples only. Your contacts should make you feel motivated, secured, helpful. Choose peoples wisely.

7) Stay calm & happy

More you are calm in any problem, more you find ways to resolve it. Calm mind is most powerful weapon. Stay happy in any situation. Do not panic.
