How to over come procrastination habit

 Procrastinate means delaying everything which knowingly. This habit gives pleasure for a small time but effects badly in future. 

How to stop Procrastinating

Procrastination is harmful for your future. It must be controlled as soon as possible. Procrastinating will lead you to become a lazy person.  Your laziness & procrastinating attitude will leave bad impact on your future. 

Laziness vs procrastinating are two different things. In laziness you will find ways to escape from any responsibilities. Whereas in procrastination you will try to avoid responsibility or works to do for sometimes. Let it be important work for you.

So overall, avoiding or postponing anything which is important can be called as procrastination. And this is done knowingly by an individual. 

But this is harmful habit which will lead to a big loss in life. So now let's discuss how to avoid or overcome habit of procrastination.

First of all train or tell your mind that it is only and only you, who can make or damage your future. Make your mind futuristic. Train your mind to think about future only. Forget past , live and work in today for making better future of you.

Good things are not happening overnight. It takes time. It needs efforts. No one will come to you and say that you are very nice person, take this money. So this should be confirmed to your mind that you have to work hard today for better future. 

Delaying or avoiding anything doesn't mean that you are escaped from that responsibility. If it's your duty then you must do it now. If you do it today, it will be completed easily and if you postpone it then you will be in trouble in future. 

To avoid problems in future you must avoid procrastinating.
